Funnel Cake Trailer

After 160 hours, Alan Hilleman and his 10-person crew, Dale Benskin, Greg Deibert, Pat Brooks, Linae Brush, Clyde Evers, Don Feld, Paul Heckman, Kay Huffaker, Otto Welfring, and Dennis Westphal, completed renovation of the funnel cake trailer. This included installing new flooring, sinks, cupboards, and countertops. In addition, the cooker, pop machine, and water heater were inspected and adjusted.

The first use of the trailer came at the April 25th Bless the Bikes event. Slow sales were disappointing, but not surprising due to the cold and wet weather. It was still a successful public relations activity.

Matin of the Month

Dennis Westphal is the Matin of the Month for March. Dennis has been of great help during the renovation of the funnel cake trailer and volunteers for many of our projects including selling funnel cakes.
